Precision Lift Polyurethane Foam Slab Lifting

Most homes have concrete driveways, porches, sidewalks, and patios. These various concrete slabs sit right on top of expansive clay soils and are subject to settlement. They are also exposed to rain and erosion which can cause void and settlement issues as well. The expense to homeowners to have these concrete slabs replaced can be very costly. Poly Foam is a much more cost-effective repair that can be injected through a few small holes in the slab. When the two parts of the foam mix it expands and will raise the slab. Voids can also be filled by Poly Foam.

Crawl Space Encapsulation & Air Quality

Many homes with crawlspaces are built based off of building codes that are outdated and typically 20 years behind building science. Almost all homes built with crawlspaces have vents spaced throughout the perimeter. These vents allow moist humid air to infiltrate the crawlspace. This humid air can increase chances for mold, mildew, fungus, and insects to invade the wood structure your home is constructed of. Installing a crawlspace liner and dehumidifier, along with a drainage system if needed, can significantly lengthen the useful life of your home and greatly improve your air quality.
